We want you to love your experience with Rüte. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please contact us at hello@rutesuperfoods.comto initiate the process.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for:
- Items that are defective or damaged on arrival
- Items you’re simply not happy with
- Opened or used products (as long as they are within the 60-day return period)
All returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Email us at hello@rutesuperfoods.com to request a return.
- We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a return label and instructions.
- Pack your items securely and attach the provided label.
- Drop the parcel at your local postal point or arrange pickup.
Return Shipping Costs
- For all returns: Return shipping is FREE.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, we recommend placing a new order after your return is accepted and refunded.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
- After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
- If the order has already shipped, it must be treated as a return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refund time may vary depending on your payment provider.
- If more than 10 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect or incomplete
We will offer a full refund or replacement, and cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
Policy Amendments
Rüte reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon publication on our website.
