Thank you for shopping at Rüte. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed via our website www.rutelovesyou.comand outlines the terms, timelines, and costs of delivery across Europe.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see our emails.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, contact us at hello@rute.co with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received".

Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries in the European Union (EU) and select non-EU countries in Europe, including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Tracked Shipping (via DHL, DPD, or local partners):

  • Shipping Fee: €5.90
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days within the EU, 5–9 business days for non-EU destinations

Express Shipping (tracked):

  • Shipping Fee: €12.90
  • Processing Time: 1 business day
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select countries)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs, or local postal service delays.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track the progress of your delivery using the link provided. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please email us at hello@rute.co.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs fees. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Verification

To protect against fraud, we may verify your identity or address before shipping high-value or flagged orders. In some cases, we may request additional documentation or delay shipment until verification is complete.

Pricing & Errors

We make every effort to ensure accuracy in pricing and product listings. However, if a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse the order
  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected pricing
  • Issue a full refund if necessary
